How to prepare your print-ready artwork.
Don’t have a print-ready file? Send whatever you have — we will check and fix it for free before printing.
Dieline first
Send size and structure, or supply a dieline PDF and we will set up the file.
Layout
Supply one flat net file including flaps, fold and glue tabs.
Bleed
Add 4mm beyond the net; never place text on fold lines.
Resolution
300 DPI at net size; inside printing must be supplied separately.
Colour mode
CMYK; rich black on large areas should be C60 M40 Y40 K100.
File formats
PDF (press-ready), AI, EPS or dieline in Illustrator.

Do you print inside packaging boxes?
Yes. Inside printing is available on mailer, product and rigid boxes so the whole box carries your artwork, inside and out.
Can I buy a single sample box?
Yes. We make a handmade structural sample and ship it to you so you can check size and feel before the full run.
How long do packaging boxes take to produce?
Standard production is 3–5 working days, plus printing and delivery. Rigid boxes usually take 5–7 working days.
What is the minimum order for boxes?
The minimum is 100 pieces. Corrugated boxes are cost-effective from 100, while rigid boxes are best at 250 or more.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes. Send your product dimensions and how it is packed and we will design the size and produce a structural sample.
What material is best for e-commerce shipping?
5-ply corrugated with outside full-colour printing is standard for shipping. If you want a premium unboxing moment, choose a 3-ply mailer box with tuck tabs and inside printing.
