Vector art
Send AI, EPS, CDR or a vector PDF; cut lines must be a separate contour.
Bleed
Add 2mm around your design; die-cut stickers bleed to the edge.
Cut line
Mark the cut path in a separate 100% magenta stroke, or describe the shape and we trace it.
Safe area
Keep design 2mm from the cut line so nothing is trimmed off.
Colour mode
CMYK output; send Pantone codes and we match them.
File formats
PDF, AI, EPS, CDR, PSD, or high-res PNG with transparent background.

Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. All sticker material is vinyl and laminated, so it resists water, oil and light scrubbing. Paper stickers are available for indoor use at lower cost.
What is the minimum sticker order?
100 pieces. Smaller runs are possible but the per-piece cost rises; a single sticker is not presently offered.
How do roll labels work?
Roll labels come wound on a core and fit standard label dispensers, so packaging lines can peel and apply them one by one. We can also supply them on a roll with a slit.
Can you print stickers in my exact Pantone colour?
Yes. Tell us the Pantone code or send a physical reference and we will print and proof it for approval before the full run.
How are stickers delivered?
Sheets are packed flat in a rigid envelope or rigid mailer; roll labels are boxed to prevent crushing in transit.
Can I get a single sticker sample before ordering?
Yes. We can send a printed sample of your design so you can check the paper, lamination and colour before committing to a full run.
